Further to our previous announcement, we wish to inform you that BCH ELECTRIC LIMITED, registered under HR/FBD/860X with the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, Faridabad, and having its registered office at 1101, New Delhi House, 27 Barakhamba Road, New Delhi, with business address at 20/4, Mathura Road, Faridabad-121006, had decided to surrender the exemption granted by EPFO (Employees’ Provident Fund Organization) and dissolve the Cutler Hammer Provident Fund Trust in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
The Board of Trustees of the Trust passed a resolution on 3rd May 2024 approving the surrender of exemption and dissolution of the trust, and the necessary application was submitted with PF authorities to this effect .
The application for surrender has been accepted and approved by Regional Provident Commissioner, Regional Office, Faridabad on 27th March 2025, and accordingly, BCH will start reporting PF compliances as an un-exempted establishment with RPFC Faridabad effective from 1st April, 2025.
Following the approval from EPFO, we have initiated the surrender process and related formalities, which will be completed in due course.
