Overview MCCB ( moulded case circuit breaker)

BCH X – range of Moulded Case Circuit Breaker (MCCB) having 3 & 4 pole MCCB with ampere rating from 16A to 1250A.

BCH Moulded Case Circuit Breaker comes with high ultimate short circuit breaking capacity (Icu) & service short circuit breaking capacity  (Ics) starting from 18 KA to 50 KA.

BCH Moulded Case Circuit Breaker offers protection flexibility with two type of trip units

  • Thermal Magnetic Release
  • Microprocessor Release ( LSI / LSIG)
  • Entire X -range of MCCB is tested as per IS/IEC 60947-2.

XA Range – 4 Pole

  • Rating : 4Pole 20A-400A.
  • 3 Frame Sizes-125A, 250A, 400A.
  • Thermal magnetic release.
  • Breaking Capacity : From 18kA, 25kA, 36kA & 50kA.
  • Tested as per IS/IEC-60947-2.
  • Ics = 50% & 100% of Icu.
  • Suitable for Isolation.
  • Current limiting MCCBs
  • Line load interchangeability.
  • Double Insulation for the complete safety.
  • Common depth upto 250A.
  • Wide range of internal & external accessories : – UVT, SHUNT, ROH & AUX/ Alarm Contact

XB Range – 3 & 4 Pole

  • Rating : 3Pole 100A – 800A & 4Pole 20A-800A
  • 5 Frame Sizes- XB0, XB1, XB2, XB3S, XB3, XB4.
  • Thermal magnetic & microprocessor based release.
  • Breaking Capacity : 25kA / 36kA / 50kA.
  • Tested as per IS/IEC-60947-2.
  • Ics = 100% of Icu ( except XB0-36/18KA)
  • Suitable for isolation.
  • Suitable for DC application.
  • Line load interchangeability.
  • Manual, Rotary or Motorised versions.
